Eligibility for Refund

1. Timeframe:

   • The money-back guarantee is valid for the first 30 calendar days from the date of your initial membership purchase or renewal.

2. First-Time Membership:

   • The guarantee applies only to first-time memberships. Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible.

3. Request Submission:

   • Refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day period. Requests made after 30 days will not be processed.

Requesting a Refund

2. Feedback Requirement:

   • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Limitations and Exclusions

2. Fraudulent Use:

Membership Access Upon Refund

• Once a refund has been processed, your access to all membership benefits, including coaching sessions, resources, and community platforms, will be revoked immediately.

Changes to Policy

• Intentional Man reserves the right to amend or terminate the 30-day money-back guarantee at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect members currently within their initial 30-day period.
